摘　　要：藏书世家山阴祁氏不仅因三代藏书而闻名遐迩,而且,其家风传承也独具魅力:藏书传家是祁氏家风传承的基本范式,忠敏齐家是祁氏家风的价值取向,艺文怡家是祁氏家风传承的主要方式和状态。祁氏家风具有独特的文化内涵,兼含"时代性"和"区域性"特质,具有越文化基因,于今仍可资借鉴。The book-collecting family, Shanyin Clan Qi, has been famous for their collection of books for three generations and has showed the attractive features of the family traits heritage as well. Namely, Clan Qi＇ s basic style of family traits heritage is to collect books and hand them down to the next generation ; Clan Qi＇ s value orientation is to hold family together with loyalty ; Clan Qi＇ s main state of family traits heritage is to make family happy with arts and literature. With Yue culture genes, Clan Qi＇ s tradition has its own u- nique cultural connotations, including the times and regional characteristics, which is still worth learning today.
