摘 要:目的:比较四种连续冲洗(气)条件下机用镍钛锉预备根管数情况,探讨何种方法可以增加预备根管数量。方法:建立透明树脂根管模型,在此模型上使用机用Pro Taper Universal(PTU)F1型锉进行根管预备,记录干钻、干气、水气与水流组四组不同冲洗(气)预备条件下预备根管的数量。结果:四组预备的根管数分别为:干钻组3.80±2.24;干气组3.77±1.73;水气组5.73±3.00;水流组7.71±2.07。结论:水流法最有助于增加预备根管的数量,其次是水气法,最后是干钻法和干气法。Objective: The study seeks to compare 4 flushing ways of preparing root canal with nickel titanium rotary files,and to explore which method could increase the number of prepared root canals using single nickel-titanium file. Methods:A transparent resin model of root canal was established. Pro Taper Universal(PTU F1) instruments were used to prepare the root canals on the model. The number of root canals in four groups of dry drilling, dry gas, air and water were recorded under different conditions of preparation. Results: The number of prepared root canals in the four groups was: dry drilling group(3.80 ±2.24); air group(3.77 ±1.73); water vapour group(5.73 ±3.00); water group(7.71 ±2.07). Conclusions: To prepare root canal with nickel titanium rotary files in the four flushing methods, the most effective way is flushing with water, secondly with water vapour, then with air or dry drilling.
