宫颈上皮内瘤变患者采用LEEP刀宫颈锥切术联合术前术后应用重组a-2b干扰素阴道凝胶的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨宫颈上皮内瘤变（CIN）患者采用LEEP刀宫颈锥切术与术前术后应用重组a-2b干扰素阴道凝胶的治疗效果。方法选取2014年3月至2015年12月本院和东莞市妇幼保健医院收治采用LEEP刀治疗的CIN患者80例为研究对象，采用随机分组表方法将患者分为研究组和对照组，研究组术前术后给予重组a-2b干扰素阴道凝胶，对照组仅术后给予重组a-2b干扰素阴道凝胶，比较两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、疗效。结果两组患者手术时间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；研究组患者术中出血量及住院时间少于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。研究组患者治疗总有效率（95％）显著高于对照组（80％），差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论CIN患者采用LEEP刀宫颈锥切术前后给予重组a-2b干扰素阴道凝胶治疗可有效改善患者临床症状，提高手术治疗效果，具有更为显著的临床治疗效果。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of LEEP knife conization of cervix combined with application of recombinant interferon a-2b vaginal gel before and after surgery in patients with cervical intraepithelial neoplasias （CIN）. Methods 80 cases of CIN treated by LEEP knife in our hospital and Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital of Dongguan from March 2014 to December 2015 were selected, and divided into study group and control group according to the random number table. Study group was given recombinant interferon a-2b vaginal gel before and after surgery, while control group was given recombinant interferon a-2b vaginal gel after surgery. Compared the operative time, blood loss, hospital stay, efficacy of two groups. Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operative time between two groups （P〉0.05）; the blood loss, hospital stay in study group were less than those in control group, with statistically significant differences （P〈0.05）. The total effective rate in study group （95%） was significantly higher than that in control group （80%）, with statistically significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The application of recombinant interferon a-2b vaginal gel before and after LEEP knife conization can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of CIN patients, improve surgical outcomes, with significant clinical curative effect.
