摘　　要：长链非编码RNA(Long non-conding RNAs,LncRNAs)是指长度超过200个核苷酸非编码RNA,大量研究表明其参与染色体重塑、基因表达、信号传导、疾病发生等过程,成为目前研究的热点。近年来LncRNA在消化系统中的研究日益增多,本文将对长链非编码RNA与消化系统肿瘤,特别是对长链非编码RNA与结直肠癌发生发展的相关的研究进展进行综述。Long non conding RNA （LncRNA） , usually defined as a class of RNA with more than 200 nucleotides in lengeth, have important roles in chromosome remodeling, gene expression, signal transduction and disease development. At present, LncRNAs have being extensively explored in human cancers, whereas their roles in the development of colorectal cancer remain elusive. In this paper, we will review the research progress of long non coding RNA in digestive cancers, especially the development of long non coding RNA in colorectal cancer.
