摘  要:目的对急性脊髓炎患者联合采用甲基强的松龙与神经节苷脂治疗的效果进行观察分析,以期为临床有效治疗提供参考依据。方法 100例急性脊髓炎患者,根据患者入院治疗方式的不同分为参照组及研究组,各50例。参照组采取甲基强的松龙与丙种球蛋白治疗,研究组采取甲基强的松龙联合神经节苷脂治疗。对两组治疗效果进行对比分析。结果研究组总有效率84.00%高于参照组66.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组括约肌恢复时间为(6.28±2.20)d、肢体肌力恢复时间(11.27±3.20)d、下地行走时间(13.22±4.32)d,均短于参照组的(11.79±3.21)、(19.97±4.32)、(24.97±5.55)d,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甲基强的松龙与神经节苷脂联合采用应用于急性脊髓炎患者治疗中的临床效果显著,值得在临床治疗中进行推广和应用。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of acute myelitis patients treated with methylprednisolone and gangliosides, to provide reference for effective treatment in clinic. Methods A total of 100 acute myelitis patients were divided by different treatment methods into control group and research group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group received methylprednisolone and gamma globulin for treatment, and the research group received methylprednisolone combined with gangliosides for treatment. Treatment effect was compared and analyzed in two groups. Results The research group had higher total effective rate as 84.00% than 66.00% in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). The research group had sphincter recovery time as(6.28±2.20) d, limb myodynamia recovery time as(11.27±3.20) d and off-bed walking time as(13.22±4.32) d, which were all shorter than(11.79±3.21),(19.97±4.32) and(24.97±5.55) d in the control group, and the difference had statistical significance(P〈0.05). Conclusion Combination of methylprednisolone and gangliosides shows significant clinical effect for the treatment of acute myelitis patients, and it is worth promotion and application in clinical treatment.
