莫沙必利联合雷贝拉唑治疗老年胃食管反流病的疗效与安全性

摘　　要：目的观察莫沙必利联合雷贝拉唑在老年胃食管反流病中的临床效果及安全性。方法将128例老年胃食管反流病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,各64例。对照组患者单用雷贝拉唑肠溶片治疗,观察组患者给予莫沙必利联合雷贝拉唑治疗。比较两组患者的治疗效果,治疗前、后GERD-Q评分和Hp感染率改善情况及两组治疗过程中不良反应发生情况。结果治疗6周后,观察组总有效率达93.8%,明显高于对照组的71.9%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后的GERD-Q评分和Hp感染率明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年胃食管反流病患者给予莫沙必利联合雷贝拉唑联合治疗,临床总有效率高,治疗后GERD-Q评分恢复良好,Hp感染率低,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of mosapride combined with rabeprazole azole on elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease. Methods One hundred and twenty-eight cases of elderly patients with gastroesophageal reflux disease were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 64 cases in each group. The control group was treated with rabeprazole azole, while the observation group was given mosapride combined with rabeprazole azole. The treatment effect, GERD-Q scores and Hp infection rates before and after treatment were compared between the two groups, the adverse reactions of the two groups in the treatment process were observed. Results After 6 weeks treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 93.8%, which was significantly higher than 71.9% of the control group （P〈0.05）; after treatment, the GERD-Q scores and Hp infection rate were significantly better than those of the control group （P〈0.05）; The incidence rate of adverse reactions had no statistical significance between the two groups （P 〉0.05）. Conclusion For elderly gastroesophageal reflux disease, mosapride combined with rabeprazole has remarkable treatment effect, it can effectively improve GERD-Q score, reduce Hp infection rate and with less adverse reaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
