摘 要:采用搅拌摩擦焊方法对5083铝合金进行焊接,利用维氏硬度测试机、拉伸试验机、光学显微镜和扫描电镜设备,研究了焊接工艺参数对搅拌摩擦焊接头显微组织与力学性能的影响。结果表明:焊接后的焊核区组织为等轴晶,并得到了细化;当焊接速度为100mm/min,旋转速度分别为1 200 r/min和2 000 r/min时,搅拌摩擦焊接头的抗拉强度最高为270 MPa;当焊接速度不变,旋转速度为2 000 r/min时,其伸长率最大为16.7%,焊接接头的硬度最高点均出现在焊核区。断口分析表明:断裂为韧性断裂和脆性断裂共存。The 5083 aluminum alloy plates were welded by friction stir welding( FSW) method, and the effect of welding parameters on microstructure and mechanical properties of FSW joints were studied by means of Vickers hardness tester, tensile testing machine, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results showed that microstructure of the nugget zone was fine equiaxial grain. When the welding speed of 100 mm/min, rotating speed of 1 200 r/min and 2 000 r/min, the highest tensile strength joints of FSW was 270 MPa. And with the welding speed of 100 mm/min, the rotating speed of 2 000 r/min, the maximum elongation of 16.7%, the highest value in the welded joints hardness existed in the weld nugget zone. The fractograph analysis indicated that fracture mode was ductile and brittle.
