摘  要:基于有限单元法对HG785高强度焊接钢的多焊缝结构焊接残余应力进行了数值计算,分别提取了横向和纵向焊接残余应力值,得到试样残余应力的分布规律。为验证该方法的有效性,采用X射线法对该焊接结构件进行了残余应力测试,并与数值模拟结果进行对比分析。分析结果表明,该计算方法可以较好地预测大型多焊缝结构焊接残余应力的分布,同时计算效率高,操作简单,便于工程应用。The welding residual stress of HG785 steel structure including multi-weld was calculated with a kind of method based on finite element method, and the values were extracted in two directions to get a sample of residual stress distribution. To verify the validity of the method, experiments were taken to measure the welding residual stress by the X-ray measurement. Finally, the computed and the experimental results were compared and analyzed.The results showed that the calculation method could predict the trend of the welding residual stress well. This method used herein was simple to be operated and with high computational efficiency, meanwhile, convenient for engineering applications.
