摘 要:针对目前发动机与液力变矩器匹配方式存在的不足,为合理优化液力变矩器与发动机的匹配性能,测试装载机典型工况下工作系统的载荷情况,并对测试数据进行处理,得到V型铲装工况下全功率匹配和部分功率匹配实际消耗的转矩。以灰色关联度为基础建立液力变矩器与发动机匹配的多目标优化模型,根据处理后的试验数据对某ZL50装载机的液力变矩器有效循环圆直径进行优化,优化后整体匹配性能提高3.8%。研究结果表明:基于典型工况的优化方法能够提高发动机与液力变矩器的匹配性能,可以为液力变矩器的优化设计和合理匹配提供参考。In order to avoid the deficiencies of matching between engine and torque converter, and reasonable matching between engine and hydraulic torque converter, some actual tests were performed under typical operating condition. After segmentation, mergence, filtration, elimination of abnormal value, the engine torque actually consumed by working pumps and auxiliary device was obtained on V shovel loading conditions. The evaluation method of the hydraulic torque converter and engine matching was established based on grey relational analysis method. With a hydraulic torque converter of ZL50 loader as an example, the effective diameter of circular circle on hydraulic torque converter was optimized in view of the shovel loading cycle condition. After optimization, the matching performance of engine and torque converter increases by 3.8%. The results show that the optimal matching scheme can be improved based on typical operating condition, which can provide reference for the proper matching between engine and hydraulic torque converter.
