摘  要:为测定生鲜乳中皮革水解蛋白,采用UV法检测农业部生鲜乳比对盲样和2011-2015年兵团9个师的生鲜乳收购站及生鲜乳运输车的生鲜乳,按3:1比例进行抽检样品的L-羟脯氨酸。结果显示:L-羟脯氨酸的浓度在0-1.5 mg/L范围呈良好的线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9993,L-羟脯氨酸的回收率为96.16%-104.84%,相对标准偏差为3.32%,农业部生鲜乳盲样比对结果全部通过,检测634批次生鲜乳均未检出皮革水解蛋白。此检测方法对兵团生鲜乳中皮革水解蛋白的测定提供重要的科学依据。In order to determine the hydrolysis protein of leather in raw milk.The acquisition of raw milk and raw milk vehicle testing station of Ministry of agriculture of fresh milk intercomparison and 2011-2015 Corps9 division with the UV method for sampling fresh milk samples according to the proportion of 3:1 Lhydroxyproline.The results showed that the concentration of hydroxyproline L-was linear in the range of 0mg/L-1.5 mg/L,the linear correlation coefficient is 0.9993,the recovery rate was 96.16%- L-were 104.84%,the relative standard deviation is 3.32%,the Ministry of agriculture of fresh milk all through the comparison results,the detection of 634 batches of fresh milk were not detected in leather hydrolyzed protein.This detection method provides an important scientific basis for the determination of the hydrolyzed protein in raw milk.
