伊犁河新垦区荷斯坦小白牛育肥试验效果分析

摘　　要：针对新疆乳业生产的迅速发展,乳公犊牛数量较大,因此开发生产小白牛肉具有得天独厚的优势。本试验通过荷斯坦公犊牛的全乳或代乳料饲养生产模式,研究小白牛肉生产技术以及合理的牛乳喂量配方,实现小白牛肉生产,满足国内国际市场对高档小白牛肉日益增多的需求,也为伊犁河流域新垦区发展高档小白牛肉生产开启了新局面。试验选择刚出生的荷斯坦公犊牛7头,平均初生重47 kg左右,分为2个试验组和1个对照组,试验组Ⅰ全程饲喂牛乳,试验组Ⅱ饲喂代乳料,对照组根据现有犊牛常规饲喂方式饲喂,试验期85d。试验组Ⅰ头均日增重水平为1.2kg,试验组Ⅱ头均日增重水平为1kg,对照组头均日增重水平为0.85 kg。试验组Ⅰ耗料费较大,但因肉质及肉价都高,经济效益好,对照组耗料费低,但其日增重效果及日盈利情况都最低。试验组Ⅱ使用代乳料降低了成本,也获得了较高的经济效益。根据试验结果,说明利用全乳或代乳料饲养育肥荷斯坦小白牛都可达到生产优质小白牛肉的目的,日增重速度试验组Ⅰ>试验组Ⅱ>对照组,使用全乳或代乳料生产小白牛肉是可取的。For the rapid development of Xinjiang dairy production and large amount of bull calf,so the development and production of white beef has an unique advantage.In this experiment,through Holstein male calves whole milk or milk replacer feeding mode of production,white beef production technology and reasonable formula milk were studied in order to achieve white beef production,meet domestic and international market for the growing number of high-grade white beef needs,and open up a new situation for the development of new high-grade white Ili River basin reclamation area beef production.7 newly-born Holstein male calves with average birth weight of 47 kg were selected,divided into two experimental groups and one control group,the experimental group I was fed with whole milk,the group Ⅱ was fed with milk replacer material,the control group was fed according to the existing conventional manner for a period of85 d.The average daily gain of the group Ⅰ is 1.2kg,the daily gained weight in group Ⅱ is 1kg,the average daily gained weight in control group is 0.85 kg.The consumption rate in group Ⅰ is much larger,but,because of high quality of meat and its high price,it has good economic returns,while the consumption in control group is low,but the effect of gained weight and daily earnings are lowest.Group Ⅱ trial using milk replacer reduces costs,so it also obtains a higher economic efficiency.Based on the test results,it indicates that the whole milk or milk replacer feeding fattening white Holstein cow can achieve the purpose of producing highquality white beef,daily gained speed group Ⅰ〉 group Ⅱ〉 group,and it is worth to use the full milk or milk replacer to produce white beef
