摘　　要：行业、地方政府、企业和学校四方合作、协同育人的人才培养模式改革是培养高素质技术技能型人才的有效途径。山东水利职业学院立足自身行业办学特点,构建了行业指导、地方政府协同、企业和学校双主体的"行地企校"协同育人人才培养模式并进行实践,对于丰富高职院校校企合作人才培养模式的内涵、提高人才培养质量具有重要的理论和现实意义。It is an effective way to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents by reforming the talents cultivation mode based on the ＂industry-local government-enterprises-schools＂ collaborative education. Taking advantages of its characteristics as an industrial school, Shandong Water Conservancy Vocational College puts forward the ＂industry-guiding, local government-coordinating, enterprise-school dual-subject＂ collaborative talent cultivation mode, and carries out the practices. It is of great significance theoretically and practically to enrich the connotation of school-enterprises collaborative talent cultivation mode and upgrade the quality of talents training of higher vocational colleges.
