摘 要:目的:研究不同生存状态变形链球菌对纯钛材料表面腐蚀的影响。方法:以不含细菌的脑心浸液培养液(brian heart infusion,BHI)处理钛片为空白对照组;以BHI常规培养和营养-饥饿(BHI-phosphate buffer saline,PBS)循环培养的变形链球菌菌液处理钛片为实验组。各组均每2 d更换1次培养液,处理第7 d取出钛片进行电化学检测和扫描电镜观察。结果:与空白对照组相比,两实验组表面阻抗、阻抗模量、低频相位角和极化电阻均降低,但两实验组之间对比,并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。扫描电镜下可见两实验组钛片表面散在腐蚀缺陷。结论:在本实验测试条件下,不同生存状态变形链球菌均促进纯钛表面腐蚀,且其腐蚀能力不受营养条件的影响。Objective:To investigate the surface corrosion behavior of pure titanium in the presence of Streptococcus mutans(S.Mutans) under different living conditions .Method:Brian heart infusion(BHI)medium treated titanium discs were served as blank control .Titanium discs treated with BHI and BHI-phosphate buffer saline ( PBS) cultured S.Mutans respec-tively were served as the experiment groups .Culture medium in each group was changed every 2 days.After 7 days,samples were obtained for electrochemical tests and scanning electron microscopy ( SEM ) observation .Results:The surface imped-ance, impedance modulus,low-frequency phase angle and polarization resistance (Rp) of titanium discs in two experimental groups were all decreased , compared with those of blank control group ,but there was no significant difference between two experimental groups(P〉0.05).Corrosion defects were observed on bacterial treated titanium surfaces from SEM tests .Con-clusion:Under the condition of the present study ,S.Mutans could accelerate the surface corrosion of pure titanium ,and the corrosion ability was not influenced by nutrition conditions .
