解除下颌第三磨牙机械刺激对OLP治疗效果的观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨下颌第三磨牙伴邻近黏膜口腔扁平苔藓(oral lichen planus,OLP)的临床特点和治疗方法。方法:选择2012年~2014年就诊的下颌第三磨牙伴邻近黏膜口腔扁平苔藓,左右对称发病患者17例,随机拔除一侧下颌第三磨牙,同时采用RAE评分表进行OLP体征记分,评价治疗后1个月和3个月疗效。结果:治疗后1个月和3个月复诊,拔牙侧OLP治疗总有效率均为100%,且拔牙侧与非拔牙侧两组差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:下颌第三磨牙伴邻近OLP,解除其机械刺激可有效减少OLP的发生。Objective：To analyze the clinical features and therapy methods of mandibular third molar impaction with adjacent oral lichen planus （ OLP） .Methods：Totally 17 patients with clinically confirmed OLP were randomly removing one side of the mandibular third molars .Meanwhile,the RAE scoring system was utilized to compare the signs and symptoms of OLP after 1 and 3 months.Results：With 1 and 3 months follow-up,the effectiveness rate were 100% both in the removing group and control group,and there was statistically significant difference between the two groups ,respectively（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The effective method of dealing with the mandibular third molar impaction with adjacent OLP is to remove the mandibular third molar .
