DSA引导下经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节毁损治疗重度三叉神经痛的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的观察在DSA(digital subtraction angiography,数字减影血管造影)引导下进行经皮穿刺三又神经半月节毁损的方法治疗重度三又神经痛的临床疗效。方法纳入我院收治的重度三又神经痛患者30例,在DSA引导下行经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节毁损的治疗方法,对比患者治疗前后VAS评分(visuall analogue scale,疼痛视觉模拟评分法)的差异,观察患者术后临床有效率及术后半年并发症的发生率。结果患者治疗后VAS评分明显降低(P<0.01),差异具有统计学意义,临床有效率高达96.7%,术后半年的随访术后并发症的发生率为16.7%。结论对重度三叉神经痛的患者进行DSA引导下的经皮穿刺三叉神经半月节毁损的治疗方法能够有效减轻患者的疼痛,减少术后并发症的发生,是一种安全、可行的治疗方案。Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of DSA-guided percutaneous trigeminal ganglion damage in the treatment of severe trigeminal neuralgia.Methods 30 patients with severe trigeminal neuralgia being treated in our hospital were selected,DSA-guided percutaneous trigeminal ganglion damage method was used,the difference for VAS scores of the patients before and after treatment was compared.Patients＇ postoperative clinical efficacy and postoperative complications at the first half of the year were observed.Results The VAS score decreased significantly after treatment（P0.01）,and the difference was statistically significant.The clinical effective rate was as high as 96.7%,the incidence of postoperative complications was 16.7%after half a year.Conclusion Patients with severe trigeminal neuralgia treated with DSA-guided percutaneous trigeminal ganglion damage can effectively reduce the pain,and reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,which is a safe and feasible treatment method.
