摘　　要：全科医师规范化培训已经在我国逐步开展和完善,"互联网+"概念下的现代医学教育是全科医学教学的趋势。依据全科医学发展的趋势,在全科医学教学改革实践中率先在网络自主学习平台基础上升级完善在线学习社区,有助于提高全科医师培训的质量。介绍全科医师在线学习社区的优点和问题,并从教学形式、学习方法、网络自主学习、社交能力四个方面探讨,在线学习社区在全科医师培训中的建设与探索。Standardized training of general practitioners has been gradually developed and refined in our country. Modern medical education under the concept of ＂Internet ＋ ＂is the trend of general medical teaching. According to the trend of general medicine,we have upgraded and improved the online learning community based on the network self-learning platform in the practice and reform of general medicine in order to help enhance the quality of training general practitioners. This paper introduced some advantages and problems of the Online Learning Community and discussed the construction and exploration of Online Learning Community in the training of general practitioners from four aspects,including forms of teaching,learning methods,network self-learning and social skills.
