摘 要:增强子是位于基因上游的DNA序列,能够增强下游基因的转录,但增强子自身也可转录出RNA却鲜为人知。最近通过一些关于全基因组的研究发现,增强子可以普遍地转录产生RNA,称之为enhancer RNAs(eRNAs)。eRNAs可以激活增强子活性,也能与其它蛋白质因子结合促进增强子启动子环的形成,从而激活下游基因的表达,它还可能以独立的形式发挥某些生物学功能。目前对eRNAs的研究并不是很深入,所以对eRNAs的深入研究将对其功能探索、eRNAs的开发应用,甚至是疾病的防治有重要的意义。本文旨在对eRNAs的结构、功能及作用机制作相关介绍。Enhancers were located in upstream of DNA sequence that enhance transcription of downstream gene, but enhancer also transcribed by itself are little-known. Recently, evidences from genome-wide studies demonstrated that enhancers are pervasively transcribed to produce RNA, called enhancer RNAs (eRNAs). Not only can eRNAs activate enhancer activity, but also it can combine with other protein factors to promote enhancer promoter looping formation, and then activate expression of downstream gene, it also act biological function in independent. At present, the study of eRNAs is not thorough enough, so further study of eRNAs on it's function, development and application, prophylaxis and treatment of disease will be important. In this paper, the structure, function and mechanism of eRNAs was reviewed with the purpose of intensive study.
