摘  要:由于现今技术工艺对发动机结构优化设计和材质的潜力有限以及环保清洁燃料规格的严格要求,使得燃油泵的润滑越来越依赖燃料自身的润滑性能,因此为了减少燃油泵的磨损,世界各国都开始重视研究燃料的润滑性能。文章介绍了汽油、柴油和喷气燃料及单一燃料对润滑性能的要求及其试验方法,详细概述了国内外汽油、喷气燃料、柴油和单一燃料等规格对润滑性能指标的要求,添加抗磨剂是提高燃料润滑性最有效的方法,研究低酸值直链脂肪酸衍生物柴油抗磨剂和寻找喷气燃料替代抗磨剂是未来发展的主要方向。Due to both the limited potential of the engine structure design and its materials and the strict regulations of clean fuel,the anti-wear performance of the injection pump is deeply dependent on fuel lubricity. In order to reduce the wear failure of fuel injection pump,all countries have begun to pay attention to the lubricity of fuel. In this paper,the requirements and methods of lubricity of fuels,including gasoline,diesel,jet fuel and single fuel,are briefly introduced. The relevant specifications about lubricity of fuels are described in detail,and the most effective method to promote lubricity of fuel is the addition of anti-wear agents. The main direction of development in future is the study of low-acid straight-chain fatty acid derivatives as anti-wear additives added in diesel and the substitution of lubricity enhancer in jet fuel.
