摘 要:2003年开始的高校自主选拔录取试点解决了"唯高考分数是取"的评价单一性问题,在对学生进行全面考核、综合评价、择优录取方面作出了有益尝试和积极探索。在分析试点工作存在问题的基础上,2011年后教育部提出加强高校招生综合评价体系建设,多渠道探索并完善考核内容与形式,规范程序,合理控制规模,严格管理,推动形成分类考试、综合评价、多元录取的高校招生考试制度。自主选拔录取15年的探索,为我国高校招生考试制度的日臻完善打下了坚实的基础。The year of 2003 saw the beginning of the trialing of autonomous selection and admission, an attempt for colleges and universities to abandon the traditional practice of admitting students based solely on test scores and to enroll students based on all-round evaluation, comprehensive assessment and merit of applicants. Since 2011, on the basis of analyzing the problems of the pilot work, the Ministry of Education has determined to put in place a comprehensive college enrollment evaluation system, with a view to exploring through multiple channels the possibility of improving the content and form of assessment, standardizing the admission procedures, rationally controlling the number of students admitted to college, implementing strict regulations and eventually building a new college enrollment and examination system entailing a classified catalogue of examinations, comprehensive evaluation and different admission approaches for different colleges. The 15 years’ experimenting with autonomous selection and enrollment has laid a solid foundation for the improvement of the college enrollment and examination system in China.
