摘　　要：本文从当前基础教育、高等教育和高考改革所面临的诸多困境出发,还原了当初北京大学实行"中学校长实名推荐制"的基本考虑。作为我国高校自主招生制度改革过程中的一项探索,"中学校长实名推荐制"为深化考试招生制度改革积累了知识和经验,并有效提升了高校不依赖于唯一分数录取学生的专业能力。From the difficulties existed in basic and higher education, and in the College Entrance Examination reform particularly, this paper gives a retrospective account of the fundamental considerations in Peking University’s experiment of admitting students based on school principals’ real-name recommendation. As one of the pioneering explorations during the process of the autonomous admission system reform, the experiment has accumulated knowledge and experience for the deepening of the examination and enrollment system reform and effectively enhanced the university’s professional competence of admitting students without relying solely on test scores.
