摘  要:目的探究无抽搐电休克治疗对精神分裂症患者的临床疗效。方法择取本院2014年1月至2015年3月收治的62例精神分裂症患者,常规组患者31例,单纯采取药物进行治疗,实验组患者31例,在常规组的治疗基础上采取无抽搐电休克治疗方案,对两组患者的临床治疗效果进行分析比较。结果比较两组治疗后的PANSS评分差异显著,P<0.05;治疗后实验组患者的理解项目得分明显高于常规组,治疗后实验组患者在WMS再确认、联想与图片的项目得分相比常规组明显较低,P<0.05。结论对精神分裂症患者采取无抽搐电休克治疗方案的临床效果显著,可有效缓解患者各项临床症状,对于记忆可能存在部分短暂与可逆的影响,并有效改善患者的执行功能。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of modified electric shock (MECT) in the treatment of schizophrenia patients. Methods 62 cases of mental hospital in January 2014-2015 year in March were schizophrenia patients, patients in the conventional group accounted for 31 cases, simply took drugs for treatment, patients in the experimental group accounted for 31 cases, treatment group on the basis of the conventional took eleetroconvulsive treatment, compared the clinical therapeutic effect of two groups of patients. Results The total PANSS score and each factor score of the two groups after treatment than before treatment were low, the data were compared between the groups significantly, P 〈 0. 05 ; after treatment, the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the conventional understanding of the project group, compared with Lenovo after treatment of patients in the experimental group, and then confirmed the picture in the WMS project scoring routine group was significantly lower, P 〈 O. 05. Conclusions The clinical effect of the treatment of patients with schizophrenia using the modified electroeonvulsive therapy is significant, can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, have some transient and reversible effects on memory, and effectively improve the patient's executive function.
