摘　　要：目的为提高国际旅行健康咨询水平,规范国际旅行健康咨询工作,同时对国际旅行者的健康状况进行动态全程精细化和电子化管理。方法采用高效的基于Web的信息发布技术,通过网络将My SQL数据库与Web服务器相连,建成先进、稳定、可扩展、易用和实用的信息化平台。结果构建了旅行医学专业人员使用的Web网页功能模块和国际旅行者使用的微信公众平台,两大模块联合使用,为国际旅行者提供更优质的旅行健康管理服务。结论国际旅行健康咨询与健康管理信息化平台将旅行医学从业人员的专业需求和国际旅行者的健康管理服务相结合,通过健康档案的建立动态追踪旅行者出境前、在境外及回国后健康状况。Objective In order to improve the international travel health consultation,regulate international travel health consuhation,and achieve a dynamic,whole-course,sophisticated and electronic management of international travelers＇ heahh,a information platform for international travel health consultation and management was established. Methods Adopting efficient information dissemination technology based on Web,connecting MySQL databases to Web servers and using PHP concurrency techniques, an advanced,stable,extensible,easy to use and practical information platform was finally built. Results The platform consists of two modules：Web page function used by travel medicine professionals and WeChat public platform used by travellers,both of which were used in conjunction to provide travellers with better international travel health management services. Conclusion The information platform for international travel health consultation and management combined travel medicine practitioners＇ professional needs with travelers＂ health management services,established a dynamic tracking archive covering the pre-travel,abroad and post-travel health records.
