摘 要:在有机茶园茶龄4年茗科1号(金观音)茶园开展生物有机肥的肥效比较试验,3种施肥方式为套种绿肥圆叶决明、施鸡粪和三炬生物有机肥。结果显示:施用三炬生物有机肥的茶树秋茶新稍比套种圆叶决明的增长6.36%,比施用鸡粪增长2.22%,每亩的产量172.3kg,高于套种圆叶决明和施用鸡粪的产量分别为129、160kg,3个处理亩产量差异不显著;在茶叶的3个理化品质即水浸出物、粗纤维和茶多酚方面,施用三炬生物有机肥的秋茶的水浸出物含量为39.6%、茶多酚含量为15.5%,低于施用鸡粪的42.9%和16.8%,位居第二,粗纤维含量为8.8%最小,低于施用鸡粪的含量9.6%和套种绿肥的含量15.8%。试验结果表明施用三炬生物有机肥有利于茶树生长,提高茶叶产量和理化品质,可供有机茶园施肥选择施用。A test to compare the efficiencies of Chamaecrista rotundifolia(CR),chicken manure(CM),and Sanju bio-organic fertilizer(SB)on 4-year-old Golden Guanyin tea was conducted at an organic tea plantation.The results showed that the application of SB promoted the growth of autumn tea shoots with 6.96% increase over CR and 2.22% over CM on leaf length.On tea yield per 667m^2,it reached 172.3kg for SB,whereas it was 129 kg for CR and 160 kg for CM,indicating no significant differences among them.Insofar as the chemical composition of the tea leaves is concerned,SB resulted in 39.6% on water extracts,which was second to CM at 42.3%;15.5% on polyphenols next to CM at 16.9%;and,the least among the treatments on crude fiber at 8.8%,which was less than 9.6%for CM and 15.6% for CR.Therefore,it was concluded that the application of SB at an organic tea plantation could be feasible,as it improved the production with a similar quality of the tea grown with the fertilization.
