摘 要:目的探讨microRNA-31和LATS2蛋白在非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达。方法采用Westernblot、荧光定量PCR检测22例非小细胞肺癌患者的肿瘤组织及癌旁正常组织中microRNA-31及LATS2蛋白的表达情况,并分析其表达水平的差异。结果与癌旁正常组织相比较,miRNA-31在肺癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达明显增高,LAST2蛋白表达则明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 microRNA-31在非小细胞肺癌患者肿瘤组织中的表达上调,并可能通过负调控LATS2蛋白水平,从而影响肿瘤的发生和发展。Objective To discuss the expression miRNA-31 and LATS2 protein in the tumor tissues of the patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods Western-blot and Real-time PCR method were used to detect the expression of miRNA- 31 and LATS2 protein in the tumor tissue and the normal tissue adjacent to cancer of 22 patients with non-small cell lung cancer and the difference in the expression level was analyzed. The data was drawn to evaluate the diagnosis and the prognosis value of the miRNA-31 expression in the tumor tissue of the non-small cell lung cancer. Results Compared with normal issues adjacent to cancer, miRNA-31 expression in the tumor tissue of the patients with non-small cell lung cancer was significantly higher while the LATS2 expression in the tumor tissue was significantly lower (P〈0.05). Conclusion The miRNA-31 expression in the tumor tissue of the non-small cell lung cancer contributes to the occurrence and development of the tumor, and may have the important clinical significance in the diagnosis and the prognosis.
