超声引导下经皮微波消融术治疗乳腺良性结节45例

摘　　要：目的总结彩超引导下经皮微波消融术治疗乳腺良性结节的疗效及安全性。方法回顾性分析彩超引导下经皮微波消融术治疗的45例乳腺良性结节(共136个结节)患者临床资料。结果 45例均成功进行了微波消融治疗,平均手术、住院时间分别为(16.5±1.4)min、(1.5±0.3)d。术后3、6、12个月彩超复查显示总有效率分别为95.6%、97.8%、97.8%。结论超声引导下经皮微波消融术是治疗乳腺良性结节的安全、有效方法。Objective To summarize the efficacy and safety of color ultrasound-guided percutaneous microwave ablation （PCMA） for benign breast nodules （BBN）. Methods Clinical data of 45 BBN cases undergoing color ultrasound-guided PCMA were retrospectively analyzed. Results PCMA was successfully performed on all cases. The mean operation time and hospital stay were （16.5 ± 1.4） minutes and （1.5 ± 0.3） days, respectively. Color ultrasound reexamination showed that overall effective rates of 3, 6 and 12 months were respectively 95.6%, 97.8% and 97.8%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided PCMA is safe and effective for BBN.
