无痛苦胃镜下氩离子束凝固术联合奥美拉唑治疗疣状胃炎75例

摘　　要：目的观察无痛苦胃镜下氩离子束凝固术(APC)联合奥美拉唑治疗疣状胃炎的临床效果。方法 150疣状胃炎患者随机分成观察组及对照组,每组75例,对照组采用奥美拉唑治疗;观察组采用无痛苦胃镜下APC联合奥美拉唑治疗。观察两组患者的治疗效果及治疗过程中的不良反应情况。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(96.0%vs85.3%,P<0.05);两组治疗过程中的不良反应发生率差异无统计学意义(6.7%vs 5.3%,P>0.05)。结论采用无痛苦胃镜下APC联合奥美拉唑来治疗疣状胃炎具有较好的效果,值得临床应用。Objective To explore the clinical effect of argon plasma coagulation （APC） combined with omeprazole under painless gastroscopy in the treatment of verrucous gastritis. Methods 150 patients with verrucous gastritis were randomly divided into Observation Group and Control Group, 75 cases in each group. Control Group was treated with omeprazole while Observation Group was treated with APC combined with omeprazole under painless gastroscopy. The therapeutic effect and the incidence of adverse reactions during treatment in the two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of Observation Group was 96.0%, which was significantly higher than that of Control Group （P〈0.05）; There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups （6.7% vs 5.3%, P〉0.05）. Conclusion APC combined with omeprazole under painless endoscopy has good clinical effect in the treatment of verrucous gastritis and is worth clinical promotion.
