摘 要:基于半有源式限幅器模型,研究了大功率平衡式限幅开关在小信号时的性能。介绍了该限幅开关的基本原理,设计并进行实物加工。测试结果表明,在32~36GHz频段内,限幅开关小信号插损小于7.9dB,最小插损为6.7dB,输入输出驻波比小于1.72∶1,当输入的连续波功率为1 W时,限幅开关输出功率小于11.6dBm,两输出通道之间的隔离度大于30dB。A high-power balanced limiting-switch was analyzed based on passive detection limiter model.Fundamental principles of the limiting-switch were introduced,and the design as well as the fabrication were realized.The test results show that:the small-signal insertion loss is lower than 7.9dB and the lowest insertion loss is 6.7dB in 32 GHz to 36 G Hz.The input and output VSWRis better than 1.72∶1.At large signal condition with input continuous wave power of 1 W,the peak leakage power is lower than 11.6dBm.The isolation of the two outputs is better than 30 dB.
