略论青年成为创新中国生力军的要素

摘　　要：创新是经济社会发展的动力源,创新中国是中华民族复兴伟业的战略选择。青年敢于冒险、勇于承担、充满活力、富有新见,具备成为创新中国生力军的天然条件。从"天然"向"现实"转换的实现,需要从以下几个方面着力:一是青年"良德"的化育;二是青年创新意识的培养;三是青年原创精神的树立;四是青年创新社会环境的涵养;五是青年创新制度环境的营建。五要素相辅相成,有机统一,与时俱进,是一个逐渐形成、不断发展的过程。Innovation is the original power of social development. Innovation China is the strategic choice of the great nation＇s rejuvenation. Youth are full of courage, ambitiousness and vitality, which are the natural conditions for them to become the new power in innovation.The transformation from ＂natural＂ to ＂reality＂, needs to focus on the following aspects： 1） the cultivation of ＂good morality＂;2） the cultivation of innovation sense; 3） the establishment of original spirits; 4） the conservation of social environment of innovation and 5） the construction of innovation system. These five factors complement each other and become an organic unity keeping pace with the times.
