摘 要:介绍了硫磺应用于沥青路面的发展过程,提出了采用硫磺改性沥青乳化的方式,避免了加热施工应用引起污染环境问题,改变了目前硫磺改性沥青的应用方式。通过反应温度的变化,研究了硫磺对沥青软化点、针入度和延度的影响,确定了制备硫磺改性沥青的适宜反应温度。以硫磺改性沥青为原料,在适宜的乳化条件下,研究了硫磺改性沥青的乳化和稳定技术,成功制备出储存稳定性好的硫磺改性乳化沥青。In this paper, the development process of sulfur applied to asphalt pavement is introduced. The way of using sulfur modified asphalt emulsification is put forward, which avoids the environmental poilution The problem caused by heating construction and changes the application pattern of sulfur modified asphalt. effect of sulfur on the softening point, penetration and ductility of asphalt was studied by changing the reaction temperature. The optimum reaction temperature for preparing sulfur modified asphalt was confirmed. The emulsified and stabilized technology of sulfur modified asphalt was studied in suitable emulsification conditions, and modified emulsified asphalt with good storage stability was successfully prepared.
