摘  要:目的探讨大蒜素琼脂纸片扩散法联合药敏试验的可行性。方法选取临床分离的非重复多重耐药菌40株,以棋盘稀释法、琼脂稀释法和纸片扩散法,分别检测大蒜素单独使用的MIC值,及与环丙沙星和庆大霉素的联合使用后这二种药物的MIC值和抑菌环直径的变化,同时判定大蒜素M-H平板联合药敏试验与棋盘法的符合性。结果大蒜素与环丙沙星和庆大霉素的联合使用可使环丙沙星与庆大霉素对MRSA、HLGR、CR-PM、CR-SM和CR-PAMIC值下降2倍~8倍,抑菌环直径增加3 mm^15 mm;大蒜素琼脂纸片扩散法联合药敏结果与棋盘法的符合率为100%。结论大蒜素琼脂纸片扩散法联合药敏结果与棋盘法结果一致且方法简便,稳定性好,可以适用于临床多耐药菌的联合药敏试验。Objective To explore the feasibility of allicinagar disc diffusion method combining antimicrobial susceptibility testing. Methods 40 clinical non-repetitive mult-drug-resistant bacteria were selected; checkerboard dilution method,agar dilution method and disc diffusion method was used for the detection of MIC value with allicin alone,and for the detection of MIC values of ciprofloxacin and gentamicin respectively and the changes of zone diameter after combing with allicin; at the same time,to determine compliance of allicin M-H tablet combing susceptibility test with checkerboard method. Results Combination of allicin with ciprofloxacin and gentamicin can reduce the MRSA,HLGR,CR-PM,CR-SM and CR-PA MIC values down 2-8 times,and increase inhibition diameter to 3 mm-15 mm. The coincidence rate of antimicrobial susceptibility results and allicinagar disc diffusion method with the checkerboard dilution method was 100%. Conclusion The results of allicinagar disc diffusion method combing antimicrobial susceptibility testing was consistent with the checkerboard dilution method,and the method is simple,stable and can be applied to the combined susceptibility test for clinical multiple drug-resistant bacteria.
