摘　　要：NK-1抑制剂联合5-HT(羟色胺)抑制剂和地塞米松三联标准止吐方案广泛用于顺铂化疗患者恶心呕吐的防治。近年不同NK-1抑制剂及给药方式,以及与不同5-HT抑制剂及其他止吐药物联合用于顺铂恶心止吐防治进展迅速,现综述如下。NK -1 inhibitor combined with 5 - HT （ serotonin） inhibitors and dexamethasone triple standard antie-metic regimens is widely used in the prevention of nausea and vomiting in patients with cisplatin chemotherapy. In re-cent years,different NK - 1 inhibitors and administration methods,and with different 5 - HT inhibitors and other anti-emetic rapid progress,are summarized below.
