摘  要:采用响应面法对磷钨酸介孔分子筛催化环氧大豆油制备大豆油基多元醇进行了优化研究。结果表明:以甲醇作为开环反应试剂,磷钨酸介孔分子筛可较好地催化环氧大豆油开环制备大豆油基多元醇;通过Box-Behnken设计,利用Design-expert 8.0软件进行二次回归分析,确定大豆油基多元醇最佳制备条件为反应时间3 h、磷钨酸介孔分子筛用量为环氧大豆油质量的3%、甲醇与环氧大豆油摩尔比13∶1、反应温度75℃,在此条件下大豆油基多元醇的转化率为77.25%。Preparation of soybean oil - based polyols catalyzed by phosphotungstic acid based ( HPW - based) mesoporous sieve was optimized using response surface methodology. The results showed that using methanol as ring - opening reaction reagent, HPW - based mesoporous sieve could be successfully used as the catalyst for preparation of soybean oil -based polyols from epoxidized soybean oil. By the Box Behnken design, the Design - expert 8.0 software was applied in square regression analysis. The optimal conditions for preparation of soybean oil - based polyols were obtained as follows : reaction time 3 h, dos- age of HPW - based mesoporous sieve 3 % ( based on the mass of epoxidized soybean methanol to epoxidized soybean oil 13 : 1 and reaction temperature 75 ℃. Under the oil), molar ratio of optimal conditions,the conversion rate of soybean oil - based polyols was 77.25%.
