摘　　要：目的 探讨胃癌患者血清白细胞介素-6（IL-6）表达水平及其临床意义.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附试验法（ELISA）检测30例正常健康体检者和60例胃癌患者血清IL-6水平,并比较39例胃癌患者手术前后血清IL-6水平.结果 胃癌患者血清IL-6水平[（12.84±2.70）μg/L]明显高于正常对照组[（7.13±0.37）μg/L],差异有统计学意义（t=57.029,P=0.000）;血清IL-6水平与胃癌患者性别、年龄无明显相关,与胃癌患者临床分期、肿瘤细胞分化程度明显相关;Ⅳ期[（16.49±0.97）μg/L]明显高于Ⅲ期[（14.08±0.73）μg/L]、Ⅲ期明显高于Ⅱ期[（11.55±0.94）μg/L]、Ⅱ期明显高于Ⅰ期[（9.42±0.55）μg/L]、Ⅰ期明显高于正常对照组,两两比较差异有统计学意义（F=55.510,P=0.000）,肿瘤细胞分化程度较差（低分化腺癌、黏液腺癌）胃癌患者血清IL-6水平[（13.95±2.36）μg/L]明显高于肿瘤细胞分化程度较好（高分化腺癌、中分化腺癌）胃癌患者[（11.88±2.63）μg/L,t=3.182,P=0.002];胃癌患者手术后血清IL-6水平[（10.88±1.91）μg/L]明显低于手术前[（11.37±1.95）μg/L],差异有统计学意义（x2=17.333,P=0.000）.结论 IL-6参与胃癌的发生发展过程,可能是胃癌预后判断潜在肿瘤标志之一.Objective To investigate serum level of interleukin-6 （IL-6） in patients with gastric carcinoma and its clinical significance.Methods The level of serum IL-6 was measured by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay （ELISA） in 30 cases of normal controls and 60 cases of gastric carcinomas, the serum levels of IL-6 were compared in 39 cases of gastric carcinomas pre- and post-operation.Results The serum IL-6 levels were elevated in all subgroups of patients with gastric carcinomas [（12.84±2.70） μg/L] compared to the controls [（7.13±0.37） μg/L, t=57.029, P=0.000）].The serum IL-6 level was correlated with TNM stage and histological grade, and not with sex and age.The serum IL-6 level in stage Ⅳ [（16.49±0.97） μg/L] was higher than in stage Ⅲ [（14.08±0.73） μg/L], that in stage Ⅲ higher than that in stage Ⅱ [（11.55±0.94） μg/L], that in stage Ⅱ higher than that in stage Ⅰ [（9.42±0.55） μg/L], and that in stage Ⅰ higher than that in normal controls [（7.13±0.37） μg/L, F=55.510, P=0.000].
