槲寄生滴眼液预防去势雄兔干眼症的实验研究

摘　　要：目的探究槲寄生滴眼液对预防去势雄兔干眼症的效果。方法取健康雄兔36只,将24只雄兔行双侧睾丸切除术制作去势雄兔模型随机分成两组。A组为槲寄生滴眼液组,B组为生理盐水组,剩下的12只为C组仅切开阴囊,不切除睾丸。分别于治疗前、治疗后2、4和8周检查两组泪液分泌实验、角膜荧光素染色、泪液蛋白以及角膜共焦显微镜下的情况。结果治疗2、4和8周后,A组泪液分泌实验(SIT)和角膜荧光素染色(FL)较治疗前稍有改变,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而B组SIT和FL较处理前恶化,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后2周,A组泪液总蛋白量、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶及淀粉酶活性与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组在各个时间点泪液总蛋白量、乳铁蛋白、溶菌酶及淀粉酶活性与处理前相比均有不同程度下降,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。比较角膜共焦显微镜下去势干眼症雄兔的角膜上皮基底层形态情况,发现A组角膜炎症细胞和上皮基底细胞均减少。结论槲寄生滴眼液可有效减轻去势雄兔干眼症的症状和体征,具有一定的预防作用。Objective To investigate the experimental effect of mistletoe eye drops in prevention of xerophthalmia of castrated male rabbit. Method Thirty-six healthy male rabbits were chosen. The castrated dry eye models were established in 24 male rabbits and randomly divided into 2 groups, i.e. group A （mistletoe eye drop group） and group B （normal saline group）. In the remaining 12 rabbits （12 eyes, group C） the scrotum was cut and the testes were saved. Schirmer test （SIT）, corneal fluoreseein （FL）, tear proteins, and corneal condition under confocal microscope were checked before treatment and 2, 4 and 8 weeks after treatment. Results After treatment for 2, 4 or 8 weeks, SIT and FL were slightly changed in the group A without statistical differences （P 〉 0.05）, while SIT and FL were significantly worsened than those before treatment in the group B （P 〈 0.05）. In the group A, tear protein, lactoferrin, lysozyme and amylase activity 2 weeks after treatment had statistical differences from those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. In the group B tear total protein content, lactoferrin, lysozyme and amylase activity at all time points significantly decreased compared with those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Observation of the base layer of corneal epithelium in the castrated male rabbits under corneal confocal microscope revealed that corneal inflammatory cells and epithelial basal cells were reduced in the group A. Conclusions Mistletoe eye drops can effectively reduce the signs and symptoms of dry eyes of the castrated male rabbits and have a certain preventive effect.
