网络结构嵌入、吸收能力与集群企业双元创新能力——基于内外整合视角的实证

摘　　要：根据集群具有的地理边界特性将集群企业的网络结构嵌入划分为群内和群外,并将吸收能力纳入到网络结构嵌入对集群企业两种不同创新能力作用影响的分析框架中。实证研究发现:群内网络异质性、群外网络规模和群外网络异质性对集群企业利用性创新能力具有正向显著影响,吸收能力在这其中具有调节效应。群外网络规模、群外网络异质性对集群企业的探索性创新能力具有正向显著影响,吸收能力在这其中具有完全中介效应;而群内网络异质性对集群企业的探索性创新能力具有负向显著影响。因此集群企业在发展双元创新能力过程中,需要在优化集群内外结网形态与加强内部创新投入上双管齐下,只有这样,才能更好促进企业的创新能力提升和跃迁。This paper divides network structural embeddedness into intracluster and intereluster based on geographical boundaries, and includes absorptive capacity into the analysis framework of effects of network structure embeddedness to cluster firm＇s innovation capability. The results show that intracluster heterogeneity, intercluster size and intercluster heterogeneity all have significantly positive impacts on exploitative innovation of cluster firms, and absorptive capacity has a moderate effect in their relations; and intercluster size and intercluster size and heterogeneity have significantly positive effects on ex- ploratory innovation of cluster firms, and the absorptive capacity has a mediate effect in their relations. But intraeluster heterogeneity has significantly negative effects on exploratory innovation of cluster firms. Therefore cluster firms need to optimize the external network structure and strengthen the internal innovation investment in order to promote the innovation capacities.
