摘 要:随着信息技术的飞速发展,制造业之间的竞争愈演愈烈,对供应链管理的要求也越来越高。在竞争日益激烈的环境下,本文通过引入信息质量这一中介变量构建供应链外部整合和运营绩效的理论模型,研究供应链外部整合对运营绩效的间接作用关系。同时,在120家制造行业中进行了实证调查,并运用结构方程模型方法对其进行了因果路径分析。实证研究结果表明,供应商整合与客户整合对运营绩效都具有正向作用,供应链外部整合中的供应商整合、客户整合对信息质量都具有正向作用,信息质量对运营绩效具有正向作用。信息质量在供应链外部整合和运营绩效之间的中介作用也得以验证。With the rapid development of information technology, the competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce, and requirements on supply chain management are increasingly high. In an increasingly competitive environment, this paper proposes the hypothetical model of relationship between external integration and operational performance in supply chain by introducing the mediation of the information quality, and explores the indirect effect on the relationship between external integration and operational performance. The paper is based on the samples of 120 manufacturing enterprises, and uses the method of structural equation model to analyze the cause and effect path. The empirical result shows that supplier integration and customer integration both have positive effects on operational performance, supplier integration and customer integration in supply chain external integration have positive effects on information quality, and information quality has a positive effect on operational performance, and verifies the indirect effect of information quality on the relationship between external integration and operational performance.
