补肾柔肝解郁汤治疗围绝经期抑郁症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨补肾柔肝解郁汤治疗围绝经期抑郁症患者的临床疗效及对血E_2、FSH、LH水平的影响。方法:将100例围绝经期抑郁症患者随机分为2组各50例。对照组给予黛力新(氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片)治疗,早晨和中午各1粒;治疗组给予补肾柔肝解郁汤治疗,2组连续治疗8周后观察所有病例的HAMD、PSQI评分及血E_2、FSH、LH水平变化。结果:治疗8周后,2组病例的HAMD、PSQI评分较治疗前均有显著性改善且治疗组优于对照组,而2组E_2、FSH、LH等激素水平无明显改善。结论:补肾柔肝解郁汤治疗围绝经期抑郁症疗效较好,其作用机理可能是增强患者机体对雌性激素紊乱的适应能力。Objective： To discuss the clinical effect of Bushen Rougan Jieyu decoction in treating Perimenopausal depression,and to investigate its level changes of estrogen （E2 ）, follicle-stimulating hormone （FSH） and luteinizing hormone （LH）. Methods： One hundred Patients were randomly divided into two groups （every group inclinding 50 cases）. Patients in the control group added Deanxit （flupentixol and melitracen tablets） in the morning and noon. Patients in the study group added Bushen Rougan Jieyu Decoction. All Patients in two groups were observed the sores of Hamilton depression scale （HAMD） and Pittsburgh sleep quality index （PSQI） and the level changes of E2, FSH and LH after 8 weeks of continuous treatment. Results： After 8 weeks treatment, the sores of HAMD and PSQI were significantly lowered than those of before treatment in two groups. And the effective rate of treatment in the study group was superior to those in the control group. But the level changes of E2 , FSH and LH were not obviously improvement. Conclusion： Bushen Rougan Jieyu Decoction in treating perimenopausal depression has a good and safe effection, its mechanism of action may enhance adaptability of patient body for female hormone disorder.
