摘 要:目的检测胰腺癌患者血浆中mi R-21、mi R-155的表达水平,评价其临床意义。方法分别收集性别、年龄相匹配的32例胰腺癌患者,27例正常对照组的血浆标本和临床资料,采用RT-PCR法检测血浆中mi R-21、mi R-155的相对表达量,采用电化学方法检测同样本中的CA19-9含量,评估其临床诊断价值。结果胰腺癌患者血浆中两种mi RNAs的表达量较正常对照组均明显升高(P<0.05);2个特异性mi RNA联合CA19-9,诊断胰腺癌的敏感性和特异性均显著提高。结论血浆中mi R-21、mi R-155检测可为胰腺癌的早期诊断提供一个新方法。Objective To detect the microRNAs in plasma with patients of pancreatic cancer, and evaluate its diagnostic value. Methods Age-and-gender-matched plasma samples and complete clinical data were collected from 32 pancreatic cancer patients as well as 27 nomal controls, and the quantitive reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (qRT-PCR) was employed to detect the miR-21 and miR-155 in the plasma,and (ECL) was employed to detect CA19-9 to evaluate the value of clinical diagnosis through the statistical analysis. Results the two miRNAs (miR-21 and miR-155) in patients with pancreatic cancer were increased (P〈0.05) compared to control group.The diagnostic sensitivity and specificity significandy increase after combined the two miRNAs and CA19-9.Conclusion The miR-21 and miR-155 in plasma may provide a new method in the early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
