摘  要:目的探讨血液分析对诊断与鉴别诊断地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血以及巨幼细胞性贫血的临床价值。方法选择2014年1月—2016年1月在我院就诊的患者共90例,将地中海贫血患者30例作为试验一组,缺铁性贫血患者30作为试验二组,巨幼细胞性贫血患者30例作为试验三组,同时选取同期健康体检者30例作为对照组,比较4组受试人员的检测结果。结果 3个试验组血红蛋白浓度(Hb)、平均红细胞体积(MCV)、平均红细胞血红蛋白含量(MCH)和红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与对照组均有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在临床鉴别与诊断地中海贫血、缺铁性贫血以及巨幼细胞性贫血的过程中血液分析发挥着重要作用,且简便快速,应广泛应用。Objective In the process of inquiry play blood anemia, clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Mediterranean anemia and megaloblastic anemia and other three kinds of anemia detection function, To provide reference for clinical diagnosis. Methods A total of 90 patients who were treated in our hospital from January to January 2014-2016 were selected,30 cases of patients with Mediterranean anemia as a test group,30 patients with iron deficiency anemia were tested as two groups, 30 cases of patients with giant cell anemia were selected as the three groups ,at the same time,30 healthy persons were selected as the control group,The test results of the 4 groups were compared and analyzed retrospectively. Data analysis is using SPSS17.0 statistical software. Results The determination of hemoglobin concentration (Hb), mean red cell volume (MCV), mean red blood cell hemoglobin (MCH) and red blood cell distribution width (RDW) of each test group was analyzed,The results were found to be different from the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05).Conclusion In the process of blood anemia,clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of Mediterranean anemia and megaloblastic anemia detection plays an important role in, The operation is simple and can get the result quickly, and it can be widely used.
