摘 要:目的观察学龄期癫痫儿童的情绪、生活质量与认知功能相互关系。方法用癫痫计算机化认知任务测试的方法(CCTE)对2012年5月至2015年2月首都儿科研究所附属儿童医院神经内科就诊287例癫痫患儿进行认知测试和情绪障碍评估,其中男152例、女135例,年龄6~18岁,平均(10.9±2.4)岁。分析学龄期癫痫患儿情绪障碍、生活质量与认知功能之间的相互关系。采用SPSS21.0统计软件对情绪和生活质量的评定分值、认知任务测试的答题正确数进行处理。情绪、生活质量和认知功能的关系采用Pearson相关,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果癫痫儿童生活满意程度得分与计算能力、语言理解能力和一般智力呈显著负相关。癫痫儿童生活质量认知功能得分与语言配对联接学习能力呈显著负相关(r=-0.15,P<0.05)。焦虑、抑郁与各项认知功能均无显著相关。焦虑、抑郁和生活质量量表各分项均呈显著负相关(r=-0.13、r=-0.14、r=-0.12,P均<0.05)。结论学龄期儿童癫痫生活质量和认知功能存在相关关系,临床应予重视和干预。Objective The emotion, quality of life and cognitive function of children with epilepsy were observed by cognitive neuropsychological test,and their relationship was analyzed. Methods Totally 287 children with epilepsy were investigated by using the computerized cognitive task test (CCTE). There were 152 male and 135 female,with a mean age between 6 and 18 years old,with a mean of (10.9±2.4) years. To analyze the relationship between emotion,quality of life and cognitive function in children with epilepsy,SPSS21.0 statistical software was used to deal with the scores of emotion,quality of life,and the number of correct answers in cognitive task test. Pearson correlation coefficient was used to analyze the relationship among emotion,quality of life and cognitive function. The P value less than 0.05 means there was statistical significance. Results There was a significantly negative correlation between the scores of overall QOL and computing ability,language comprehension ability and general intelligence. There was a significant negative correlation between quality of life and cognitive function in children with epilepsy. There was no significant correlation between anxiety,depression and cognitive function. Anxiety,depression and quality of life scale showed significant negative correlation. Conclusion This study confirms the relationship between quality of life and cognitive function of children with epilepsy,and provids the basis for further clinical intervention.
