摘　　要：为量化分析矿工不安全行为的影响因素,从个体因素、群体因素、自然环境等5大方面建立不安全行为评价指标体系,采用网络层次分析法(ANP),构建影响因素的网络模型,运用超级决策(SD)软件,计算出二级指标的综合权重。结果表明,心理因素、安全氛围、合作氛围和知识水平是影响矿工不安全行为的4个关键因素,需要煤矿企业重点关注和干预。In order to quantitatively analyze the influence factors of miners＇ unsafe behavior,we establish evaluation index system of unsafe behavior from five aspects including individual factors,group factors,natural environment and so on.We use analytic network process（ANP） to build a network model of influence factors,and use super decision（SD） software to calculate the comprehensive weight of the second index.The results show that psychological factors,safety climate,cooperation atmosphere and knowledge level are the four key factors influencing the miners＇ unsafe behavior,and coal mining enterprises need to focus on and intervene in.
