摘　　要：肝肾综合征是肝硬化或暴发性肝功能衰竭时发生的功能性肾损伤，是进行性肝衰竭时威胁生命的并发症之一。随着肝脏疾病的进展，因血流动力学障碍最终可能会导致肝肾综合征。其病理生理学、诊断标准及治疗不断发展。现对肝肾综合征的病理生理、诊断及治疗进展进行介绍。Hepatorenal syndrome （HRS） is functional renal, injury in patients with liver cirrhosis or fulminant liver failure and is one of the complications of progressive liver failure which threatens patients＇ lives. With the progression of liver diseases, hemodynamic disturbance may eventually cause HRS. Achievements have been made in the pathophysiology, diagnostic criteria, and treatment of HRS. This article introduces the research advances in the pathophysiology, diagnosis, and treatment of HRS.
