农业信息化背景下新型职业农民培育培训途径分析

摘　　要：促进信息技术与农业农村的不断融合,是实现农业现代化的重要途径。新型职业农民的内涵包括个人基本素质属性、职业价值属性以及生产经营模式选择属性。农业信息化的不断发展,不但对新型职业农民的内涵提出了更多新的要求,而且丰富了新型职业农民的培育培训途径和模式。在农业信息化背景下,新型职业农民的能力提升需要依托农村信息化建设、基于信息系统的综合素质培训体系建设以及基于信息系统的技能体系与实践培训基地建设。The continuous integration of information technology and agriculture ＆ rural areas is an important way to realize agricultural modernization. The connotation of new type professional farmers includes the attributes of personal basic quality, vocational values and the choice of production and operation models. With the continuous development of agricultural informatization, not only new requirements on the connotation of new type professional farmers had been put forward, but also the ways and models of cultivation and training for new professional farmers had been enriched. Under the background of agricultural informatization, the ability improvement of new type professional farmers should depend on the construction of rural informa＇tization, information based comprehensive quality training system and information-based skills system and practice training base.
