摘  要:为了丰富复粒高粱种质资源,研究复粒基因的遗传规律,探讨复粒高粱在育种中的利用价值,采用自育复粒高粱不育系3份与综合性状优良的单粒高粱恢复系4份分别进行杂交,调查统计F_1、F_2复粒性状,进行复粒遗传规律分析并观察复粒高粱小穗结构。结果表明,复粒性状为显性,由1对基因控制。观察到复粒高粱小穗雌蕊、雄蕊数多,存在多浆片、多护颖、多子粒的现象;从复粒高粱的育种目标看,72B·DORADOA_2具有较高的复粒率,千粒重适中,可能是优良的复粒高粱亲本系。To enrich the germplasm resources of the multiple grain sorghum, and to study the genetic rules of multiple grain gene and the application value of the multiple grain sorghum in breeding, we adopted the hybrid combination design that 3 multiple grain sterile lines of sorghum, created by my group, and 4 restorer lines of single grain sorghum with superior traits crossed-fertilize, respectively. The multiple grain traits of the F1 and F2 generation were investigated and counted, the genetic rules of multiple grain gene were analyzed, and the structure of the spikelet was observed. The results showed that the multiple grain character was dominant and was controlled by a pair gene. The multi-pistil, multi-stamens, multi-lodicules, multi-sterile lemma and multiple grain were observed in the spikelet of the multiple grain sorghum. 72B·DORADOA2 had higher rate of the multiple grain and moderate 1000-seeds weight in compound grain sorghum breeding goals. Take together, our conclusion is that 72B·DORADOA2 may be a good parental line of the multiple grain sorghum.
