摘　　要：谭恩美(Amy Tan)是公认杰出的华裔美国作家,她对华裔美国文学产生了重大影响。谭恩美的《喜福会》虽然是其处女作,却是她最成功的作品,深受广大读者的喜爱。在空间理论飞速发展的当下,本文基于列斐伏尔的社会空间理论,通过分析《喜福会》中的空间位置、空间活动和人物所使用的物品,来反映出空间与人物阶级和身份认同的权利关系。Amy Tan, recognized as a distinguished and prominent Chinese American writer, has made significant impacts on the Chinese American literature. The Joy Luck Club （1989）written by Amy Tan is one of the most famous books in the world. It is the first and the most successful book by Amy Tan and gains popularity among readers. Based on Lefevbre＇s spatial theory, this paper discusses the power rela tions of class and identity as reflected in space by analyzing characters＇ spatial positions, spatial activities and the objects they have used in The Joy Luck Club.
