摘　　要：文章认为无边界时代和信息经济时代导致个人信息的数量更多、类别更广,也更为分散化和碎片化,因而个人信息成为专门的管理对象,个人信息管理能力在生产生活中的作用也得到凸显,如何提升这一能力也是未来高校教育需要关注的重点问题。文章进而从信息意识、映像技能、管理制度、管理工具等角度并以根特大学为案例对大学生个人信息管理能力的培养问题进行了探讨,期望对中国高校起到抛砖引玉的作用。This paper suggests that borderless era and information economy era lead to larger amount and broader categories of personal information, which at the same time is more decentralized and fragmented. Thus, personal information becomes an independent management object, and related capabilities play a more fundamental role in the production and daily life, but how to improve these capabilities will become a key issue of higher education in the future. From the perspectives of information consciousness, mapping skills, management systems and management tools, taking Ghent University as the example, the paper discusses the issues mentioned above, in order to contribute for the development of Chinese university students＇ personal information management capacity.
