替吉奥与卡培他滨在晚期结直肠癌一线治疗后维持治疗的临床分析

摘　　要：目的:临床分析替吉奥与卡培他滨在晚期结直肠癌一线治疗得到控制后维持治疗的疗效。方法:41例晚期结直肠癌患者采用联合化疗达到肿瘤缓解或稳定后,单药替吉奥或卡培他滨维持治疗,对比分析PFS、骨髓抑制、肝肾功能损害、手足综合征等不良反应。结果:观察组21例疾病控制率81.0%,中位PFS 9.1个月;对照组20例疾病控制率75%,中位PFS 8.2个月;两组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。主要不良反应为恶心呕吐、腹泻及白细胞减少、手足综合征、色素沉着等,但均可耐受,两组手足综合征比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),其他毒副反应比较无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:晚期结直肠癌患者一线治疗稳定后替吉奥维持化疗有效低毒,患者耐受性好,值得进一步研究。Objective：To analyze the efficacy and safety of S-1 or capecitabine in the maintenance chemotherapy after the first-line combination chemotherapy for patients with advanced colorectal cancer. Methods：21 advanced colorectal cancer patients, who received proper chemotherapy treatments with stable treatment efficacy or complete remission, were treated with a maintenance therapy with only S-1 or Capecitabine. Such statistical analysis method was used to analyze PFS and m-yelosuppression,liver and kidney injury, hand-foot syndrome and other adverse drug reactions. Results：h was 81.0% in the control rate that 21 patients received S-1 maintenance therapy, and was 75% in the other control rate being re- ceived Capecitabine （P 〉 0.05）. The median progress-free survival （PFS） time was 9.1 months in the patients who received S-1, and was 8.2 months in the others （P 〉 0. 05）. The m-ainside effects in tow groups were diarrhea, vomiting, leucopenia, hand -foot syndrome and skin pigmentation which were tolerable. There were significant difference in handfoot syndrome between the two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The others were not significant difference （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Maintenance chemotherapy with S-1 following initial therapy is effective and low toxic. It is worthy of further study.
