PDCA在医务人员血源性职业暴露漏报管理中的应用

摘　　要：目的通过运用PDCA循环管理程序,降低医务人员职业暴露漏报率。方法 2015年对医院职业暴露漏报采用PDCA管理,按照随机抽样原则,在PDCA项目前后分别对174名、159名医务人员进行问卷调查,对比其职业暴露漏报率有无差异。结果通过PDCA循环管理,提高医务人员职业暴露的上报积极性,职业暴露漏报率从68.12%下降至17.78%,漏报率显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论本次应用PDCA管理模式,有效地降低了职业暴露漏报率,为职业防护工作扫除障碍,取得显著效果;同时促使人人参与,突出重点和明确责任,增强团队凝聚力;对问题的分析和剖析更加深入,把控更加准确,符合"精准感控"理念。OBJECTIVE To reduce the false rate of occupational exposure by using the PDCA cycle system.METHODS Using the PDCA cycle system in report omission in occupational exposure to blood-borne pathogens in2015,surveys were performance in 174 and 159medical staff before and after the PDCA by the random sampling principle,and differences of the false rate of occupational exposure were compared.RESULTS Through the PDCA cycle system,the medical staff had improved the enthusiasm of occupation exposure reporting.The false rate reduced from 68.12%to 17.78%,with significant difference（P〈0.05）.CONCLUSIONApplication of PDCA cycle system can effectively reduce the false rate of occupational exposure,and remove the obstacles for occupation protection work.Meanwhile,it shows the effect on the team members＇ cooperation and analysis the problem more indepth.All in all,the PDCA cycle system is in line with the concept of precision hospital infection administration.
