抑郁症海马神经可塑性改变及中药调控作用研究现状

摘　　要：抑郁症发病机制较为复杂,近几年来研究发现海马神经可塑性的改变与其发病机制密切相关。海马神经的损伤主要表现在海马结构变化、神经元减少、神经发生的减少这3种形式;其机制有谷氨酸-Ca2+-NO过量、慢性炎症、HPA轴的过度激活、神经营养因子(NTF)功能紊乱及表观遗传学的变化等方面。近年来抑郁症的中药治疗效果明显,因此该文将相关治疗效果显著的单味中草药如:柴胡、白芍、枳壳、淫羊藿等及其提取物的研究现状,以及疏肝解郁、化痰行气、安神定志和温补肾阳四类常用的中药复方的研究现状进行整理综述,为探索更有效治疗抑郁症的方法和方药提供参考。The pathogenesis of depression is complicated,in recent years,the study found that the change of hippocampus neural plasticity is closely related to the its pathogenesis. Mainly displays in the change of hippocampal structure,the reduce of neurons,and the decrease of neurogenesis these three forms;Its mechanism was glutamate-Ca2＋-NO excess,chronic inflammation,excessive activation of HPA axis,neurotrophic factor（NTF）dysfunction and the change of epigenetics,etc. In recent years,the effect of traditional Chinese medicine treatment of depression is obvious,so this article will summarize and review some research status of single Chinese herb which has a good effect,such as Radix Bupleuri,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Bitter Orange,Epimedium,etc. and four kinds of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine compound：soothing liver and relieving stagnation,resolving phlegm and moving Qi,tranquilizing and sedating the mind,warming and invigorating kidney Yang,provide the reference to explore a more effective method and formulas of treating depression.
