林丽珠教授治疗肝癌常用药物及药对探析

摘　　要：目的:探索林丽珠教授治疗原发性肝癌的临床思维和用药规律。方法:通过收集整理林丽珠教授辨证治疗肝癌的228张门诊处方,运用频数分析方法分析病案中的药物和药对使用频次,并对统计结果进行总结和归纳。结果:肝癌患者52例,共就诊228次,共用中药77味,用药频次共3951次,使用频次最高的药物包括:柴胡、白术、枳壳、白芍、木香、郁金、甘草、茯苓、党参、山慈菇等;使用频次最高的药对包括:柴胡与枳壳、柴胡与白芍、白术与茯苓、桃仁与土鳖虫、山慈菇与半枝莲、肿节风与龙葵;证型出现频次最高为:肝郁脾虚。结论:林丽珠教授对肝癌的治疗上,以辨证论治为核心,重视辨证与辨病相结合,以疏肝健脾为主,巧妙运用岭南道地中草药,形成具有特色的思维模式及用药思路,临床疗效显著。Objective：To study the clinical thinking and the laws of medicine application in treating primary liver cancer of professor LIN Lizhu. Methods：Collected the medical records of 228 outpatients of professor LIN Lizhu,then applied the frequency analysis to summarize the laws of drugs and couple drugs application in treating liver cancer. Results：The collection of professor LIN Lizhu ambulatory patients with primary liver cancer include 52 cases,a total of 228 visits,shared 77 flavors of Chinese medicine,drug use frequency 3951 times. Single drugs commonly used include Chaihu,Baizhu,Zhike,Baishao,Muxiang,Yujin,Gancao,Fuling,Dangshen,Shancigu,etc. Couple drugs commonly used include Chaihu and Zhike,Chaihu and Baishao,Baizhu and Fuling,Taoren and Tubiechong,Shancigu and Banzhilian,Zhongjiefeng and Longkui. Pattern of syndrome commonly occurred was stagnation of liver and deficiency of spleen. Conclusion：Soothing liver and reinforcing spleen is the basic law of the treatment of primary liver cancer,and the core is differential treatment. Professor LIN Lizhu pays attention to combine syndrome differentiation with disease differentiation,form the distinctive thinking mode and thinking,which have achieve satisfactory clinical efficacy after applying Lingnan authentic Chinese herbal medicine reasonably.
